North West Air Ambulance: a privately funded
charity that The Huers are proud to support. Their debut album launch
in May 2010 helped raise over £700 and they hope to do more supporting
of this very worthy cause in the future. |

back catalogue...and even a history of the Cleverdon name. For all musical

Simplexity: Ian's other recent musical venture
with other long-time friend, Haydn Jones. Simplexity released their
first album, Time Stood Still, to great critical acclaim in
2008. The music is instrumental electronic chill-out, and has been compared
to the work of Mike Oldfield, Brian Eno and Pink Floyd. Their second
album is due towards the end of 2010. |

Grimart: the art work of celebrated Southport-based
artist, Dave Grimbleby. Dave has been commissioned for many works, including
the album cover you see for Simplexity above. His site features a range
of his artwork and his contact details. Commissions are most welcome. |

Orchid Electronics: small company formed by
John Godsland of Exeter, Devon. John is responsible for the excellent
phantom-powered DI boxes that you see on the mic stands of The Huers.
This allows them full control of the volume and tone of the various
instruments they use on stage, and also allows them to tune up and unplug
without nasty noises coming through th PA. Personal and excellent service
guaranteed! |

Dan Williams: expert craftsman of musical instruments
and fine furniture, based in Bridport, Dorset, England. Dan made the
cuatro that Phil uses in live performances and that features on tracks
such as It Doesn't Matter Anymore and Flight 447 (pictured left). Have

Duplication Centre: based in the South of England,
this company are responsible for the mass duplication of The Huers'
album Up For Grabs. They provide a fast turnaround and high quality
finished article, and their site has an excellent price quotation system. |

Fallen Industries: a rehearsal and recording
studio complex based on the Wirral, and used regularly by The Huers.
The premises were once the engine testing rooms for Champion spark-plugs,
and therefore well sound-proofed. They even have their own range of
T-shirts. |

The Engine Rooms: a rehearsal studio and arts
centre based in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, used by The Huers on a regular
basis. Their facilities include two BBC standard sound-proofed rehearsal
rooms complete with PA and recording facilities.They also do lots of
work with local schools. Give them a call and ask for Jay - he played
at Live 8, you know! |
